Good account behaviour ensures a safe and fair experience for everyone:

Control Your Account: You must have full, unshared control over your account and its content, especially in services, personals and adult categories. This ensures you fully understand what your advert offers and describes.
One Account Per Person & One Person Per Account: Accounts are for individuals only and must not be shared. Maintain only one account per person. If you are a registered business, contact customer services to learn more about our ‘pro’ accounts for businesses.
Post Relevant Adverts: Ensure your adverts match the category you’ve chosen.
Avoid Spam: Help keep our free-to-post categories clear by posting only one advert per product or service in each geographic area.
Secure Your Account: Use a strong password, avoid sharing login details, and post from a secure device and network to prevent misuse.
Post to the UK from the UK: If your ad is for goods or services in the UK, the ad must be posted from within the UK. Do not post from overseas or use VPNs or network tricks to try to obscure your posting location.

A quality advert:

Clearly, accurately, and honestly represent the product or service on offer.
Is descriptive and specific, detailing features, benefits, and aspects of the goods or services.
Is unique and personally written by you, not copied from other sources.

Post in English (translations alongside other languages are fine).
Use high-quality, real photos/videos of the advert subject that match your ad’s description.
Keep one account per person and control it yourself.
Contact us if you’re unsure about the rules before posting.
Report suspicious content via the “Report This Ad” button.
Use pictures and videos you own or have permission to use.
Ensure images are clear, in focus, and accurately show the advertised item, service, or person.
Match media to the ad description (e.g., same item or person).
Obscure registration plates of unrelated vehicles in photos.

Ad Refusal: Non-compliant ads are disabled (fixable) or deleted (permanent).
Account Action: Repeated or severe breaches (e.g., illegal activity, underage posting) lead to temporary restrictions or permanent blocks.
