How to submit an appeal
Contact our customer service team and include:
Your account email address
The advert or decision you're appealing
A brief explanation of why you believe the decision was wrong
We'll review your case and come back to you. Our usual response time is under 72 hours, with a final decision guaranteed within 4 weeks.
What happens next
Our moderation team will review the original decision against our community standards and UK legal requirements. You'll be notified of the outcome by email.

We're not able to share details of our detection or investigation methods. This is to protect the security of the platform and the safety of our users.
