Users can click the “report this ad” button that is on every Vivastreet advert to report their concerns either to us or for more serious matters; directly to Crimestoppers or Unseen (The Uk Modern Slavery Helpline).
When to use each option:
Report to Crimestoppers
If you encounter something you suspect to be criminal on our platform - whether online or in person - you can contact the UK-wide charity, Crimestoppers, and stay 100% anonymous. Always.
Report to Unseen
If you encounter anyone – whether online or in person – whom you suspect is being exploited by someone else, you can contact the UK-wide Modern Slavery Helpline for information and advice, or to report your concerns. Also, please Contact Vivastreet CS with the details of the advert.
Report to Vivastreet
If your report doesn’t fit into the above you can report the following directly to us:
Scam/Spam activity
Fake/Copied Photos or Videos
Discrimination
Adverts that are clearly in the wrong part of the site
