If you're seeing a “Website Not Allowed” message when trying to access our site on your iPhone, it’s likely due to Apple’s Restricted Content settings.
With recent iOS updates, some websites may be automatically blocked if content filters are turned on.
How to fix it
Step 1: Open Screen Time
Go to Settings
Tap Screen Time
If you don’t see Screen Time set up, tap Turn On Screen Time → Continue → This is My iPhone
Step 2: Enable content restrictions
Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions
Turn Content & Privacy Restrictions ON
Step 3: Find Web Content settings
Tap Content Restrictions
Tap Web Content
💡 If you don’t see “Web Content”, make sure Content & Privacy Restrictions is ON.
If it’s still missing, your device may be managed (family/work restrictions).
Step 4: Allow the website
Option A — Quick fix (removes all website restrictions):
Select Unrestricted Access
Option B — Keep restrictions (recommended):
Select Limit Adult Websites
Under Always Allow, tap Add Website
Enter:
vivastreet.co.uk
If you can’t change these settings
You may not be able to update this if:
A Screen Time passcode is set
The device is managed by a parent or organisation
In these cases, the restriction cannot be changed from your device. You’ll need to contact the person who manages these settings.
Still not working?
Double-check that Content & Privacy Restrictions is ON
Make sure the website is entered correctly (
vivastreet.co.uk)
If the settings aren’t visible or editable, the restriction is controlled outside your device and cannot be overridden.
