Allowing pop-ups in Google Chrome
Launch the Chrome browser on your Mobile/Tablet device
Tap "Settings"
Tap "Pop-ups and redirects"
Tap on the toggle to allow pop-ups and redirects (make sure it’s active)
Allowing pop-ups in Safari (iPhones)
Launch settings on your Mobile/Tablet device
Tap "Safari"
Under the General section, click the toggle next to "Block Pop-ups" to enable or disable the pop-up blocker. A green toggle indicates an enabled pop-up blocker.
