If you no longer wish to use Vivastreet, you can close your account directly from your settings on the website.
Before you continue, please be aware:
you will lose access to your account and any associated ads
this action is permanent and cannot be undone
your data may be retained for up to 6 years, in line with our Privacy Policy
if you just changed your mail address in your Vivastreet account, you wont be able to close your account for the next two weeks.
if you wish to completely delete your Vivastreet account and all your data in it, please contact our Customer Service team.
To proceed with the account closure, please follow the steps below:
Log in to your Vivastreet account.
From the top menu, click Account, then select Settings.
Scroll down the Settings page until you see:
“Thinking of leaving Vivastreet?”
Click the Close account button.
After clicking on the Close Account button, you will be taken to the Account closure page:
To confirm your identity, enter your Vivastreet account password.
Tick the checkbox confirming you understand that your account will be closed, you no loger will have access to it and that this action can not be undone.
Once all fields are completed, click the Close account button.
Important:
If the button is greyed out, double-check that:
your password is entered
the confirmation checkbox is ticked
For security, we’ll send a confirmation code to your registered email address.
Enter the code in the boxes provided
Click Confirm code
When you click the Confirm code button, your account will be closed.
Please note:
Before you can close your account, there will be a Survey because we would like to know, if you want to tell us, why are you leaving.
It's not mandatory and you can skip it if you prefer.
If you are using a computer, this is how the main account page will look like but the steps to close your account remains the same.
