Advertisers on Vivastreet are requested to verify their phone numbers before their advert can be published on the site.
If you are having issues getting your phone number verified, please follow the advice below as they solve most of the problems linked to the phone verification:
Check the phone number you entered: don't put a 0 or a +44 at the beginning of your number, a +44 will be automatically added for you.
Check that the phone you are sending to is turned on and can receive SMS messages from other sources.
Ensure the phone you are sending to is in the UK and not roaming 'off-network'. We cannot guarantee message delivery on roaming phones.
Don't use private browsing or Incognito mode.
Try using a different browser (Firefox works best).
Using a VPN would not be advised as you may not get the code displayed
If you have requested a lot of re-sends and they are not coming through you might need to wait 24hrs from your last attempt and try again.
