Why was my purchase refused?

There are few reasons why a payment gets rejected. The first rule is a user must use his own and only one card for one account. Please pay attention to the following to avoid rejection:

  1. There must be enough funds to cover the charge of your purchase. Make sure the amount of the options you order does not exceed the funds you have on your card.
  2. Make sure you enter all the required information correctly (card holder name, card number, card expiry date, 3D security code).
  3. Ensure your bank approves the payments you are making online.
